has a position.

The question is

whether it keeps working

when you stop.

You already have one

Your position was mostly decided by a few posts, a video, a price list, the copy on a sales page, a location. Very few brands choose it on purpose.

And it works. Clients see it, they buy it, the business runs. That’s exactly why nobody corrects it – it looks like success, because it is.

A spa rebuilds its sauna centre and posts the photographs cut into a fast video, a click on every frame. It is selling calm. The video is selling hurry. Then the day visitor arrives for two hours, instead of the guest who would have stayed three nights.

Nobody made a mistake. The video said exactly what it said, and it sold exactly that.

That’s how a position gets set without anyone choosing it. And a position nobody chose usually sells what’s easiest to see, not what makes it different. So the client compares what’s left – price, convenience, who answers first. The business keeps up by working harder.

A business can run on effort or on position. Only one of them keeps working when you stop.

What the craft builds

One sentence is a slogan. One advantage is a detail. A position is what the whole brand stands on and when it’s built well, you can tell by what it does.

It holds. It says the same thing everywhere. It knows where to appear. It works when you don’t.

Where the brand runs one line of business

Clients who ask when you’re free, not what it costs.

A price that goes up without the right clients leaving.

Fewer clients who cost more time and energy than they pay for.

Everyone who represents the brand says the same thing, the same way.

And there’s finally room for better work – the actual luxury.

Where the brand runs several lines of business under one name

Each line knows who it’s for, and all of them still sound like one brand.

The lines stop competing for the same client and start passing clients on to each other.

Enquiries arrive already knowing why. Price stops being the first conversation.

And an advantage you already paid for finally works across the whole business.

Most of it needs nothing new. The position that does this is almost always already there – under what was added, never said, or sitting in the sixth line on the third page of your website.

And you can check it without me. Your best clients already know it. They chose your brand for it, they stayed for it, and they use it when they recommend it to someone else.

They found it because they paid attention. Most people don’t have that kind of time.

It doesn’t have to work that way. What makes your brand the obvious choice can be visible at first sight.

Most likely, nothing is missing. It just hasn’t been said.

How we get there

Three phases, one result: the reason clients choose you, visible at first sight.

THE OBVIOUS™

Who your brand is the obvious choice for today

First, I'll go through everything your brand shows in public and everything it offers on the website, social media, ads, videos, the price list. I'll ask how your brand sells in person, by email, on the phone. Then I'll take a close look at the business itself, and talk with you, and anyone else who has a say, about how you see the challenges and what you'd like to be different.

You'll get it all in writing: who your communication brings in today, why they buy, and why the challenges you have today follow from that.

It stands on its own. You can start working on it yourself.

THE UNHIDING™

Unhiding who your brand can be the obvious choice for

We go deeper. We'll talk about what you do without effort, what you've never written down, where your business already stands. That's usually where the important thing gets said - in passing, by someone who doesn't know they've just said it.

You'll get the position in writing, and exact instructions for carrying it - what to change and in what order, what to put first and how to write it, what to build, how to price it, and how to sell without discounts. So your clients feel they get far more than they pay for and stop haggling or waiting for the sale.

THE BINDING

Binding the position to everyone who carries it

While your team, designer or agency put it into practice, I'm there to check: is the position written where it does its job, does everyone - the team, the clients and everyone in between - say it the same way, and are you using all of it.

Priced to scope

A position that isn't written down dies with whoever saw it.

The price is set by how many lines of business the position has to hold together - not by company size or revenue. Several offers are still one line of business.

The first phase can be carried out on its own. The second phase requires the first phase to be completed beforehand. The third phase is carried out as needed, and its price is set according to scope. The listed prices are final. I am not registered for VAT.

WHERE WE START

FOUR QUESTIONS · FORTY MINUTES · FREE

Forty minutes of how this actually goes

Before we talk, I read what your clients read. Then, mostly, I listen.

This is also how the work itself goes. Naming a position takes several conversations – how the business actually earns, what it stands for, where it’s going, and in larger companies how the parts fit together.

Forty minutes is a taste of that.

Prices for positioning are published. No discovery call required to learn them.
